Unemployment Fund
Trade Union Pro has insured its members for possible unemployment via Unemployment Fund Pro.
The membership fee of the fund is included in the Trade Union membership fee. In 2013, the membership fee of the Unemployment Fund Pro is 9 euros per month.
The prerequisites for unemployment allowance are the following:
- regular payment of the membership fees
- in the period of 28 months, a membership of at least 34 weeks in the wage-earner fund while working.
In issues concerning your personal benefits, you can seek assistance by phone, by post, or via the electronic customer service.
The Unemployment Fund Pro answers only general questions by email, because the email connection is not protected.
The Unemployment Fund can be contacted by phone from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 3 pm.
The fastest way to send your application is to send it via the electronic customer service. You can send your first application, further applications, and appendices to the customer service.
